Hey guys! Our Second Entry for the What to Eat After a Workout Series also comes from our partners at dotFit! This shake is best consumed when you have a sugar craving and are tempted to eat those not-so-healthy snacks. It's smooth, rich flavor and thick, creamy taste will make you think you're having a slice of Key Lime Pie. We improvised by substituting graham crackers with Nilla Wafers* to give it a little more flavor and we strongly encourage you guys give it a try!
