A healthier and happier you starts by simply moving more. Open a step counter/pedometer app on your phone and let's begin your fitness journey by adding an extra 1000 steps to your day.

The Workout

- 100, high knees - 100, butt kicks - 100, straight leg kicks - 100, front kicks - 50 inside/50 outside, crescent kicks - 50 right /50 left, sidekicks - 100 jumping jacks - 50 right /50 left, round houses - 100, punch & run in place


Repeat this every day for 2 weeks and feel the difference!
